A wild ride through a mixed media of collages of sound, found grooves and tripped out ambiances. Pieter is known to many through his releases via labels such as Rio, Muzikii and Full Body Music and as proprietor of Berlin's micro Club / bar O Tannenbaum 'With a multitude of releases over a plethora of labels Pieter has made good on distributing his unique blend of weird, wonderful and wonked out sounds to the masses. Incorporating a unique process whereby anything audio is fair game, Pieter collects and recalibrates all manner of sonic artifacts. Be it youtube drum machine demos, saxophone solos, bleeps and bloops or distorted bass lines, once a sound has passed the selection process it then heads straight to the blender via live mixing software Traktor. Within this process many interesting musical permutations emerge. The result is a unique one of a kind stereo sonic object that works equally well on the dance floor as in your ear pods for that late night ‘strawl’.’
