“Music For The Lost And Dead” marks a collaboration between Sheffield producer/vocalist Bozzwell and Montreal-based overlords Vosper. Collectively both camps bring together their love of songwriting, production, techno and everything electric, amalgamating these elements into a sound that is both unique and powerful. Drawing on influences such as Bauhaus, The Sisters Of Mercy, Bowie, New Order, Joy Division, Basic Channel and all things for the dancefloor the hivemind has come up with something different, leftfield and decidedly of the moment. Remixes come courtesy of UK duo Eskimo Twins, who twist “Music For The Lost and Dead” into an acidic floor smasher, house upstart Jonny Cruz, Clouded Vison honcho Matt Walsh, and Australia’s The Finger Prince.
