Redux follow up the killer White Elephant 10" with another belter. Crazy P's Jim Baron returns in anagrammed form, following up his excellent debut album on ISM, with five fresh tracks of trademark electric boogie that have already picked up plays from Gilles Peterson (Sanfranman) and The Revenge (Get Closer). The whole ep has a classic, lush, disco sheen and the tracks are brought to life by Jim's musical chops and silky vocals, this is Basejam at his sleazy best. The care and attention put into the tunes is matched in the lovingly hand screen printed artwork, making this another essential Redux purchase.
