MONOLAKE is back with two nicely sculptured, bass driven and atmospheric tracks. It is hard to put a label on a MONOLAKE record, their sound really defines its whole own genre. Certainly not minimal a genre that never really fit to MONOLAKE releases, not really dubstep even if the tempo matches, too beat driven for ambient, to straight for breakbeat, too complex for techno.
