Low Jack and Qoso are two of the most exciting french talents of techno teaming up for an EP of mad club weapons, full of adrenaline rushes and dirty tricks.
A fresh idea on what industrial might mean applied to house.
After his remix for BD1982 (raising Levon Vincent comparaisons on Resident Advisor!), Qoso has been polishing his style and here is the first step of a series of new Eps coming up in the next months.
Brandy is right in the middle of the contemporary techno and bass sounds, full of tension, restless breaks and shuffling drums, destined for these moments when everyones craving to break free from the techno Autobahn.
After the Geeeman remixed techno-funk of Slow Dance on Get The Curse, and the raw bangers of the Free Pyjamas EP on the Delsin house series, Low Jack is one of the most watched new producers on the scene. Hats & Cash featured here is his most intense club track so far, a slow but pretty intense burner bringing the grease of the factory and the stress of the casino into the club.
When the two guys get together in a home-studio with two days to make a track, they turn up with Like It Soft, a techno tool with a radical basement feel and a screwed down vocal loop going on and on until your brain crash. The etched mix can be easily described as the same only faster and even more fucked up. Fans of the forward-thinking techno by Syncom Data or Seldom Felt cant miss this one.
