Koko Edits #4 on Basic Fingers, yes it’s true. Needing little introduction to any Basic Fingers fan Koko has made his way from splicing and dicing since the first release back in 2011. 'Family Affair' sounds like it's taken from the Norman Connors rework session Koko did a while back. This is a tasteful treatment of Deodato's 'Keep It In The Family'. The balanced mix of additional percussion respects the original and the rearranged segments extend the dancefloor joy for almost 9 minutes. 'Love Aboard' is a smooth and seductive edit of The Love Unlimited Orchestra, as bright and warm as the summer sun.
