**BLACK FRIDAY RELEASE** Previously unreleased tracks recorded during the ‘So Alone’ album sessions in 1978. Limited to 1000 copies. Between January and July 1978, Johnny Thunders worked on his first solo album at Island Studios in London with engineer/coproducer Steve Lillywhite. Sessions took place with various lineups. This record highlights tracks Johnny cut with Phil Lynott & Mike Kellie. Two tracks on this EP were left unreleased when Johnny rerecorded them with the Sex Pistols; one track was later remixed and edited for inclusion as the b-side to his ‘You Can’t Put Your Arms Round A Memory’ single; and one song ‘New York’ has never been heard before, it was left unfinished as a basic ‘live’ track and offers an insight into a different side to Johnny as he stretches out in fine form with Lynott & Kellie.
