Slices of a Dog’s Records third release is by our favorite dawg on the planet right now: Jarren from LA, who takes all of that legendary g-phonk legacy from his hometown, and transforms it into something very contemporary and fresh, crafted with tons and tons of style and finesse. This one is something more than a debut EP, displaying Jarren’s talent, skills, culture, and fine taste, over a diverse range of styles: from that fat funk, to uplifting house, to old school electro vibes u can easily pop-lock to.
