Another superb duo of edits from the Electro Funk Roots master, Greg Wilson !!To launch this new series, Greg expertly extends a somewhat forgotten, though highly sought after cult Italian club classic with a mad as toast title - ‘Prisencolinensinainciusol’ by Adriano Celentano - which was originally issued a decade before the term Italo Disco was coined and which has recently been getting attention on forums such as DJ History and Faith thanks to the appearance of an original television clip on You Tube !!. On the flip side of the 12” is another heavily sampled 70’s lost classic, this time not so obscure track ‘Lowdown’ by Boz Scaggs which Greg has extended into the 12″ version that never was. All the edits which will feature on the Ruff Edits series were originally put together for GW’s own personal DJ use, but due to overwhelming demand from fans and music enthusiasts alike, these tracks are now available in super limited quantities !
