First Aid Kit are comprised of 17 and 20 year old sisters Klara and Johanna Söderberg, from Sweden. We were able to catch them for a recording session when they came through town recently touring in support of their debut album 'The Big and The Black'. For their Blue Series, they laid down two spine-tingling covers, Buffy Sainte-Marie's 'Universal Soldier' and 'It Hurts Me Too' which was made famous by Elmore James but it's Karen Dalton's haunting version that First Aid Kit Channels here.
