A straight shot of a loud, seductive and roughly charming fusion of electronic, punky jazz and new wave. Echo Fisk's ``Water Sports`` balances self-recorded dirty samples and real drums, saxophone and electric freaky guitar. Dynamic and driving, the music on this album is like the soundtrack of parts of your life which you didn't realize had a soundtrack. Based in Norway and Poland, "Echo Fisk" are Tomas Bach - saxophones, electronics (samplers, synthesizer), voice, Chris Debski - drums and Przemek Lorek - guitar. This is an ultra rare debut album, released in LP format as a limited edition of 300 copies. Imagine you are travelling by train and three musicians with Post Punk/Dark Wave roots are sitting in the same carriage trying to play Punk Jazz Rock. Sometimes they are going to the next carriage and even further but they are never out of reach acoustically Suddenly they are standing in front of you and seem to blow your head away. Although their sound hurts you are not able to leave. Something you cannot explain keeps you listening to them. The Train is going through several tunnels during the trip. Finally the train has reached its destination. You are about ot get off but you are missing something loud, seductive and roughly charming. The band got off the station before but you noticed it just a few seconds ago because you are still having their music in your ears. Be curious and adventurous.......and dare you to listen to them carefully! You will surely be rewarded! track list: A 1. B.Betong 2.00 2. Nice & Fast 4.28 3. Water Sports 2.46 4. Reservoir 5.47 B 1.
