Already hyped beyond belief on the back of a few very well placed 12’s and celebrated remixes, such as his outstanding Mystery Jets ‘Two Doors Down’ rework.Bringing a little originality and clout back to the box ‘Hoy’ sounds like nothing else out there at the moment… a full-on burst of reverberating Arabic horns and fervent drums whilst ‘Feltham (The Borstal Beat)’ is an unruly dancefloor belter with clever samples and a bovver boy bassline. The interludes between are snippets of studio flexin and point towards the depth and integrity of Duke’s debut album due soon… we can’t wait.
