After almost a year of only dancfloor related releases Dial is back with an outstandingly special record: Dirk von Lowtzow presents his guitar solo work „Tod In Theben“. Dirk von Lowtzow, also known as a member of Phantom Ghost and Tocotronic, creates a slowmotion drone-like folk meditation. The result is a breathtaking piece of deepest devotion, an incredible sound and room composition. At last year’s Salzburger Festspiele von Lowtzow performed „Tod In Theben“ in Jan Fosse’s same named theatre piece directed by Angela Richter.
