Demuja delivers his new album ‘Atlantic Avenue’ via his own MUJA imprint in March 2020, a sixteen-track collection from the Austrian artist.
Hailing from Salzburg (Austria) Demuja is a producer, DJ and musician known for soul-infused sounds from across the electronic music spectrum.
Here with his new album, which has been over a year in the making, we see Demuja further showcase his
eclectic sonic palette and his roots, which are based in hip hop and jungle. Across the sixteen tracks we’re treated to his distinctive bumpy house sound on records like ‘Take It And Leave’, ‘Be Yourself’ and ‘Hokkaido’. The project also sees Demuja exploring more leftfield leaning house aesthetics on cuts like ‘Power To The People’ and ‘The Return’ as well as jazzy downtempo contributions such as ‘Come Back And Dance’ and ‘Specialist (Instrumental)’.
Further musical explorations come in the shape of the Jungle/D&B leaning additions ‘On The Road Again’ alongside vocalist Elina Shirin and closing track ‘Keep It Real’, the anthemic rave house vibe of ‘Between Us’, acid laced house cut ‘No Bad Dreams’ and Nu-Disco tinged ‘Gammarth’.
Once again with ‘Atlantic Avenue’ Demuja welcomes you into his diverse world of sounds and influences, designed to be listened as a whole while each cut individually stands strong alone.
