In 1973 the Boris Gardiner Happening, were commissioned to score a Blaxploitation movie, It was a US production in the style of ‘Shaft’, ‘Super Fly’ and ‘Trouble Man’ and the soundtrack was to reflect the fast paced ghetto storyboard.
