An unexpected treat for you all: here at Recognition HQ we happened to find some boxes containing all remaining copies of “Repetitive Digital Noise” by I, a.k.a. AtomTM! Four tracks of timeless, minimal, acidic techno recorded in 1992 and rereleased - for the first time on vinyl - on Recognition in 2006. As these tunes are still making rounds in DJ sets of, among others, Marcel Dettmann, Ben Klock or Nina Kravitz, we thinks it’s the great opportunity to get hold of some of the most archetypical tracks that helped to shape techno as we know it today… AtomTM is about to release a new EP via Ostgut Ton (with .tobias), and his split with Recognition boss Jacek Sienkiewicz, an homage to Richard Wagner, is still available as well. Last remaining copies - don’t sleep on this!
