"MAD RID", is the debut limited edition cassette release of I.A.I. RECORDS and mixed by ZORZ, an alternative grandiose with a solid talent to assess new musical modes and inheritor of rare music material. Inspired by the evolution of the early 90's electronic scene and the flood of music acts that swept Detroit and Birmingham, he has set in motion his rebellious creativity by dropping underground sets for the past decade. Currently based in Madrid, he is part of the Reform team and "Π" Collective in Athens. The cassette features unreleased tracks and live recordings from recent shows produced by NIKOLAOS & DRUM MACHINE. Running across the musical spectrum from post-punk electronic to new wave, with bass-driven synthesizers and distorted DIY industrial and acheronian experimental contemporary sounds.
