One year ago, MUZI cartel made their entry to the electronic music scene of Ghent (BE) with a strong tagline: smuggling sounds across the borders of music. They're celebrating their 1st anniversary with a 4-tracker vinyl only release: MUZI001. Dropping the needle on the A-side, you'll find a deep and punching opening track from Viktor Udvari, telling his story with a subtle acid bassline, a soft piano break and mind-altering pads. The second track is a remix by Kled Baken of founder Lebawski's track: Clouds of Thyme. With a rolling bassline and funky drums, this is a true dancefloor-ready track. Flipping to the B-side, the young and talented Romanian 'Mrsch' opens with Pas Cu Pa, a dreamy track which suits any occasion perfectly, whether warming-up, peaking or closing down, this will set the mood straight. Last but not Leeds (pun intended) UK based Ray Mono closes the record with his remix of founder Barbosa's track: Quinoa. An ever evolving track that will make you scream for more.
