Name in Lights’ “Ur Oskunni” features the trio’s now trademark sound of arpeggiating guitars, driving 303 lines, live percussion and a huuuuuuuuuuge breakdown, the song is a haunting mid-tempo builder that always melts the house down. Midnight Magic’s cover of Native Underground’s “Push 4 Love” sees the former Hercules & Love Affair members outdo themselves with an enthralling take on the sexy boogie number, with horns aplenty, squiggly synths galore, a ballsy bassline, and Tiffany Roth’s unmistakable diva vocals. “That’s The Thing (To Do)” channels Great Weekend’s hip hop roots for one helluva samplefueled groove.
