Brussels-based label ensemble return with their fifth instalment this month – So Underground It Hurts – an EP that features a number of rising producers from the label’s extended family, including Kaye, Toby Tobias and Gratts.
Mastered at Berlin’s Dubplates & Mastering and distributed by Rush Hour, each copy of So Underground It Hurts comes with a paper zine featuring interviews, graphics and photography by Belgian photographer Suus van Laere.
One of the EP’s standout tracks comes from Lyon-born, Berlin-based Juliano who’s crafted a muscular floor number straight from his Neukölln studio. ‘Sud Sauer’ is his first outing to emerge on a label other than his own ‘That Place’ imprint – stream it in full below.
