The first Hometaping compilation is made up of two vinyl samplers and a full blown CD compilation. On this the first vinyl sampler the artists featured are OOFT from the UK, Robotalco from Italy, Louis Guilliaume from The Netherlands and Se62 from the Ukraine. The trax share a very direct and raw approach to House music from the pumping warehouse sounds of ‘Windin’ by OOFT, to the deep and classic sounding retro vibes of Robotalco’s ‘It’s Classic’, through to the mind blowing Moodymann and Nu Groove influenced ‘Roots’ by Louis Guilliaume, and ending with Se62’s warped vision of the future of roots House Music on his ‘Wax Pencils’.
