Holger Bundles have become a late summer tradition and sort of a showcase of where the label has been heading lately: Bundle #3 features the three artist EPs Holger has released in the last 12 months. From Vai’s hazy Ambient/Electronica (Holger 8: »Son of Idaia«) to Simon12345 & The Lazer Twins’ wild combination of fuzzy Techno-not-Techno with quiet zero-gravity moments (Holger 9: »Cheveux propres, cheveux gras«), rounded off by Chino’s remarkably club-friendly Acid/Electro (Holger 10: »Hiss«). Holger slowly seems to make its way back into Dance territory, without losing its lust for experimentation. This series of EPs can be seen as a transitional one, also in a visual sense: Introducing a new style of artwork, Lukas Mehling took cues from previous works but also developed it into a more futuristic and loose line of design. The pack comes enclosed by a tote bag with screenprinted logo - grey on grey.
