In the mid eighties space was all around us. Advances in space travel, arcade games like Pacman, the first home games consoles and early computers which allowed us to play games like Asteroids in our own homes all helped to put space travel into our minds. We didn't have the means to get into space physically but with electro music and a little imagination there was no final frontier.
