While 'The Infamous' is still getting big plays in the underground music scene, Butch and Chriss Vogt are back in the studio to produce the new single. Two years after the anthemic debut comes 'Bliss', another infectious tune from the duo, a mixture of live percussions, strings and a piano theme to die for ! With over 20 years consumed by a thirst for electronic music, Butch has released on leading imprints such as Desolat, Cocoon, Rekids, Sei Es Drum and beyond, while maintaining a solid DJ schedule that's seen him open the minds of crowds at Fabric, Time Warp and his residency at Berlin's Watergate. His recent remixes for Cassius and Mighty Dub Katz are doing the damage everywhere. Son of the violinist K.Vogt and a great musician, Chriss Vogt started studying the piano and saxophone and rapidly entering walls of the world of electronic music, releasing already on labels like Visionquest and Connaisseur. A song that will surely lead us to the next summer season. On the flip, a taster from the forthcoming single by the italian duo Blue Mondays. Alex Ferrazzi and Keemani are both involved within the Italian Underground scene beginning in the early 2000s. They grew up cultivating different backgrounds; Alex was always into disco and old school house music while Keemani was more into new wave and rock vibes. Their sound is dance floor oriented, spanning lo-fi disco to techno, based on dope beats, smoked out samples, deep basslines, and uplifting vibes. Blue Mondays follow the success of Everything with Stop featuring the vocals from Kaysand, and a strong remix by Amsterdam veteran dj and producer San Proper. Trippy, experimental and sounding like a cluster bomb of electronic funk, heavy bass grooves and psychedelia ! Something from the past…and something for the future !
