TRUSME is back on LFM. After producing two legendary 12?s (Stilove4music07 and Stilove4music09), TRUSME is at the top of his game. Pushed by DJ MAG as one of the hottest newcomers in Dance music 2007, TRUSME doesn’t really have anything more to prove. Although, his latest offering W.A.R: (A1: It’s a mother f**ker) and (B1: Don’t you know?) suggests otherwise. Stepping out of the Disco vs Hip Hop format, TRUSME has created a mind blowing opus that revolves around an essential piece of soul music. W.A.R is a journey that will not leave a dancefloor to rest. A perfect combination of deep jazzy Soul and House music carried along in just under 10 minutes. TRUSME is raising the bar, effortlessly demonstrating his take on a sublime artist. Deep beats, Detroitesque arrangements and a fantastic live feeling (this track was mixed live on an analogue board), are the key ingredients for this massive dancefloor mover. Side B’s “Don’t you know?” is a dubbed version of the A Side. It’s one for all the old school New Jersey Deep fans out there. Stripped down, raw a la Kerri Chandler track, this is House made for a dark and sweaty dancefloor. Play this. W.A.R, it’s a mother f**ker, don’t you know?
