Every label has a "release of doom" ; a 12" that was an incredible pain in the ass to put together and where everything imaginable went wrong. Well this new Trevino record was it! I won't go into details but this EP is too good to let bad karma prevail. "Gone" has been a staple in my sets ever since I first heard it and "Regnie" is possibly one of the best nighttime highway driving tracks (try it!). Trevino, is he the best golfer in techno, or the most innovative techno producer on the golf circuit? Fact is, I'm so happy this record finally sees the light of day and would be even happier if you'd be into it too. Martyn
