Dan Stielow Mortazavi has an outer edged family background and a long testament in music starting in his teens with his first recorded project 'The Product' that was self released to cassette back in 1983. Three decades later it saw a vinyl release on the Dark Entries label. The debut Spite Cathedral LP is made with his long-time musical partner Karsten Svendsen (To Feed On Others, Hinsidan, ATE23) and is released with a free bonus 7’’ on Bodies on July 2nd. Ultra minimalism streaming from the darkest of places still with a presence of a cold, cold love. With sparse elements they create dramatic scenery. Industrial beats backed with something that sounds like hostage jazz and rock drummers fused with the loneliest of themes, epic at times and oh so broken at others. Touching topics of man’s inhumanity, paranoid misinterpretations, the fragility of the mind, sex and broken homes without mouthing a single word.
