Solomun is the owner of Diynamic Records in Hamburg, top notch producer and a splendid DJ as well, so a team up with Jackmate came only natural. The first two pieces they deliver here, show their love for lush Detroit-ish soundscapes, combined with demanding drums and repetitive chord progressions par excellance! “Carnivale” is like a growing storm on a hot summer day, building it´s tense with beautiful string arrangements and coming to a climax in rolling thunders of pure bliss! “Factory” is a special little gem of it´s own, that could run for days, so subtle and charming is the flow of this early morning grower. Highly recommended stuff !
