When he dons his Smoke cloak, Neil 'Nail' Tolliday assumes a mysterious, dubbed out persona which amps up the reverb and delay for some truly somnambulant deep house trips. It's been a good few years since we last heard from the project, but now it makes a welcome return on 89:Ghost with just the kind of sweet and spaced-out house we like.
