He had played with guitarist Teddy Bunn and Howard McGhee as well as Charlie Parker on the now classic Dial session on 28 March 1946. In the late 1960s he began working with a trio which he called Roy Porter Sounds which he later changed to Roy Porter Sound Machine. He released two albums as well as some 45s, however the breakbeat monster Party Time has never been released on 45rpm single, until now! So here you go, and be quick! 500 copies pressed.
