After coming with a pretty great electronic soft jazz number on the first release, Distant Works begins to define the mission behind the label with the second offering-a synth, Italo-esque 5-cut EP that would only come from somewhere in the Netherlands these days. The label bosses are clearly up to go to distant places to deliver the sounds. It's a very impressive statement and raises our interest on future releases.
