Pigmalião is moving forward in his musical direction and sound, this release really shows where he is and is going. The tracks Aurora and Baskéda are ever moving sounds of energy sure to a dark basement but keeping the originality Pigmalião always has making his tracks stand out in the constant traffic of electronic music being released. Zingili is another great example of his always great sample selection taking you on a Fifth Element style mechanical beats journey to a distant planet’s civilisation and the final track Bahiafro takes the album down in energy to a slower tempo but hauntingly beautiful, like that long slow journey back to Earth with the memories of the amazing adventure you have just been on.
