After his first release on Bristol's Idle Hands, Parris continues his saga with a release drenched in bass. Skeletal goes back to the Skull Disco days of Shackleton, and brings abstraction and bass heaviness to the next level. Bloom finds Parris experimenting with African polyrhythms and melodies mixed with some classic sparse early Grime arrangements. One of the heaviest and more minimal tunes of this release is South East Of The Mountain, where he takes the vibe of the classic sound of FWD nights to create something brand new. This tune could only have been made in London.
