for the fortieth musikkrause release there is a special surprise. a 10 inch with a day and a night side awaits the culture of inoculated club-goers. an exceptional liaison from the krause duo and the indie-band orph serves up an extraordi- nary listening pleasure. recently orph released their album "poems for kui" of which has been a noted discovery of the year so far. krause duo has taken an older song of the band and crafted 2 kinky joints; one to get off to with the legs and one for the headbanger set. when two apparently diametrically opposed musical forms of expression meet, there is the chance of achieving very special results. if the cultural obsession of both also comes across true to it's art, it is like fine cooking. two seemingly divergent ingredients fused together for a taste explosion. the sonic electrons bump into each other over and over, and as long as there is a strong enough charge, there comes a reaction so that all elements fuse together. the a and b sides serve to create both negative and positive poles.
