Crafting their own unique, trademark sound in the often overpopulated 'Edits' market, pretty much single-handedly instigating the pitched down House sound resurgence & running a superb Blog, digital promotions company and forging ahead with their own productions as well as being consumate DJ's and party throwers . These boys ARE NOT messing around ! Here's what Ali had to say: "Umbilical Chord is a typical example of house music the way we like it – simple, hooky, and squarely focussed on the floor. It's one of those tracks born out of some jamming on a new piece of studio kit - a Roland SH-201 keyboard synthesizer. All the riffs are from the 201, but due to not paying attention whilst tweaking the sounds they’re forever lost inside that machine never to be replayed! The track came together really quickly after recording in the synth parts, with The Revenge supplying new beats on the Dub Mix which for us is the definitive version of Umbilical Chord."
