Okinawa Delays consists of the talented producer Takeo Toyama AKA DJ Mizuki and the singer Satoko Ishimine. Takeo met Satoko almost five years ago when he hosted a party on Irabu island that is a one of the distant islands of Okinawa. “We basically thought to make something like AOR tracks like Dusty Springfield or Fleetwood Mac instead of City Pop, also Satoko likes that song, so we decided to go for it and I’m very pleased with the result.
