After Marvin Horsch's surprisingly successful Pace EP, the Cologne techno-collective Dorfjungs aims to distinguish itself from the masses of modern DJ culture once again: We proudly present Motip White's debut EP Lywer Bent. Motip produced four rough and raw anthems for his first 12" on Dorfjungs, sonically located where house elements meet sunrise romance. Exciting sounds and middle-finger madness, leading away from formulaic Techno, only to drift into wonderful Rave-melancholy. Mo uses trash samples and plunges into brave breaks, leaving the audience wondering if all structure will fall apart – just to bring back the song with brutal impact. The release also features ambient- charmer Cass., who contributed an incredibly warm and uplifting remix, bringing this disturbingly wonderful EP to a logical conclusion.
