Side A brings one of the most expected releases ever for Mixcult Records. This unreleased anthem appeared as a mysterious track on Hernan Cattaneo’s “Sequential” compilation, back in 2006. The track “Baboo” in which Mikael Delta exteriorizes a florid, unidiomatic and over polite form of language through sounds comes out as a highlight of fine-crafted, ahead of time progressive house cut. The unfazed pads, slow drip loops and profound voices of this peace are just an exceptional and sophisticated soundscape. Side B1 features Kirill Matveev’s “Citron” which can be the cherry on the sundae for a peaktime house display. The track includes experimented arpeggios with some tweeked out acid sounds that layer perfectly with his signature dubby basslines. Side B2 has a very heartfelt and ethereal theme, which can result as the perfect ending. “Pegasus Himself” by Kirill Matveev looks for the memorability and becomes the perfect tool to finish a night with the proper melodies.
