Based in Berlin, Matalo! comes with a spiced up debut EP on GAMM that is heavily influenced by Afro-Cuban rhythms, Latin-Funk and Rare Grooves. All four tracks come with heavy percussion, big horns and a gritty Nu-Yorican feel. Reminds slightly of those old school Latin jams Red Astaire used to put on on GAMM back in the day ;)
