While we love to dance at Correspondant, we’ve also been known to think from time to time to, so it's exciting for us to have been given the opportunity to combine the two things when presented with some new music from two of our favourite producers, Marvin and Guy. As such, Correspondant 42 represents a more conceptual approach for the Italian duo, informed by long countryside drives, the names of classic cars as learned from an illustrated children’s book, a yearning to move away from the pack of identikit dance music and a need to connect with their music in a physical way, as provided by the recorded hand clapping refrain running throughout the tracks.
