Here's a little more about the label & Lo Shea:
Seaghdha is the result of crafting tracks specifically for the early morning warehouse dancefloor
Tapping into an electronic music heritage that has driven Sheffield's underground scene for over 20 years .
Referencing the American and European sound, but with its own unique style - a style that has been developed over many years behind the DJ booth & in the studio by Loshea
not to mention defined and refined in the space where they were dreamt up
He's one of the founders and residents at Downlo (At DanSane)- Sheffields most celebrated Warehouse party, tucked away on an industrial backstreet surrounded by cutlery factories and long since abandoned little mesters workshops.
Sheffield, over the last two decades has been the hub of the northern industrial rebirth through creative arts, and DanSane is carrying the torch to a whole new generation of people eschewing the mainstream and seeking out something with a little more heart and soul in the city.
Over the last year the space has certainly made its mark, with guests like Delano Smith, Levon Vincent, Efdemin, Dj Deep, Secretsundaze, Babyford, Dinky and John Daly all making the pilgrimage.
Limited to 10 releases it will be a document of this time, and it is hoped, a nod to the possible future...
