Leroy & The Drivers' The Sad Chicken is probably one of the finest examples in deep-funk history. The funny thing about it is that the band went to the studio to cut the a-side, but had no idea what to put on the flip. The studio engineer told them that they have a little bit of time left and that's how the band came up with it.
