Another Viva debut and another name to keep an eye on throughout 2009. Italian producer LEON is a highly respected talent throughout his homeland, having held residencies at some of the most prestigious parties, including Cocorico, Echoes, Folies De Pigalle, Matis, Peter Pan and Ultra Violet. His skills behind the decks have also seen him play Pacha (New York), Cielo and Zouk, and perform alongside many of the worlds elite names. As a producer, his singles and remixes have come on a variety of labels, and this year he is already scheduled to release on the fantastic Cecille Records, Soweso and Rebirth. Today's 3 track Viva extravaganza opens with the wonderful 'In Da Factory'. Modern-Chicago could be a new sub genre, and this opening number would lead the way. Old skool sounds and samples are held together with the rolling-glue of today's house.
