Leipzig turns up the filter once again: Time for a new vinyl-only release on OR*S. Three tracks literally made for the nocturnal goings-on on the local dancefloors. On the one hand there is newcomer Scherbe, recently successful on Dresden label Uncanny Valley. With his track “Big Dipperz” he mainly focuses on drums, bucking the trend and escaping from tedious soundscapes. By contrast, Krink, the young hit machine from the Audiolith entourage, has the synthies glow with his piece “For You”. Third in this league is RJ who comes wheeling round the corner with a 100-bpm disco track. The slickly fielded vocals casually sprinkled with a German accent of “Fresh Blaize” make Daft Punk look like a support band. The release is rounded off with one out of three artist offset prints by Nora Heinisch, Felix Schneeweiß, and Florian Seidel.
