Berlin’s June first appeared on Suction Records with his 2015 debut album of wave-inspired electro, “Dominion.” Here, June opens the 12” with “Cynthia 84,” a a lush, beatless Tangerine Dream-scape, thick with analog arpeggiations and gorgeous melodies. “Navigation” closes proceedings with a driving, dark electro/wave dance track. Toronto’s Lowfish co-founded Suction Records in 1997, and has been a staple of the label ever since.
