The mysterious Intrusion project (feat. on echospace 007) emerges once again and delivers another epic release. Throughout the original mix of “Tswana Dub” you find smooth textured pads and a bassline even the mighty King Tubby would surrender to. The melodies evolve in slow motion over time as the synth hits open and close into a fierce midnight skanking session so lo-fi you would think this was recorded at Studio 1 in the 1960’s. On the flip side Brendon Moeller serves up heavy bass reductions, live melodicas, brass sections and spatially aware dub FX.
