The 4th edition in Greg Wilson’s Ruff Edits series takes us back to the 70’s with 2 exotic European recordings that made their mark in a big way with black music followers – the relentless bass driven monster cut ‘Crystal World’ by Crystal Grass (‘French Crystal’), alongside the erogenous groove zone of ‘Jungle Fever’ by Chakachas (‘Belgian Jungle’). Both tracks were included in Greg’s recent ‘Music Played In Discotheques’ mix, which has been on heavy rotation in the Silent Disco at Liverpool’s Tate Gallery during recent months.
