For the fifth release on his label, Marseille-based Grant builds on his distinct brand of deep, luscious electronics with four cuts of smooth, atmospheric house. The opening track 'Nature of Yourself' is an emotional late night burner, reminiscent of early releases on the seminal Paper recordings. Velvet, spiralling synths scatter throughout. The A2 sees Grant go on a tribal trip with the soft and dreamy 'Beat One Project' as dream-like pads collide with percussive interjections. The B-side kicks into gear with 'Got to Know', a fresh spin on a classic house stomper which then morphs into 'Converge', a deep, acid voyage that will take you places.
