Funkadelic was George Clinton�s chance to get serious. The Hendrix-inspired dramatics come courtesy of Eddie Hazel, while Bernie Worrell admirably handles the keyboard chores. Clinton�s humorous, sober lyrics address poverty, race relations, and drug use.
