The Fat dog label returns for it's second outing with yet another confident four tracker designed for both the head and the feet. The proceedings begin with the sublime 'MOONRUNNERS'. Introducing contributions from new artist Spooner, the production duo use their hardware to take us to the very craters with this bubbler of emotive deep techno with dissonant house touches; D Link (fat dog & NY*AK) continues the basement feeling with ' URNOGUD4ME', albeit at a slower tempo but still keeps the floor burning with an unsuspecting, intense voodoo-house mystery. This is raw club music. Side B we head straight onto a greasy dance floor called 'WERK'. Lush pads intermingle with breathy flute stabs while the building groove consistently nags attention from your feet. 'STOP' teases us back onto the slo-mo dance floor yet again with another scorching deep house groove for the hips with a subtle funk to be desired at the disco as well as the deep room.
